Description
The Knightsbridge 2-gang modular faceplate provides two standard euro module apertures behind a brushed chrome screwless cover plate. Each aperture accepts any standard 25mm x 50mm euro module insert, allowing custom configurations of TV, HDMI, data, USB, audio or telephone connections in a single faceplate. The screwless design uses a clip-on cover plate fixed to a separate metal sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed.
Designed for media walls, AV installations, office workstations and smart home control panels where multiple connection types need to be housed in a single aperture, the faceplate suits both new-build and retrofit projects. The 235mm width accommodates two modules side-by-side in a standard double-gang back box, making it compatible with existing twin-socket wiring positions. A built-in gasket between the cover plate and sub-frame improves the seal against the wall and reduces dust ingress behind the plate.
The faceplate is constructed from 201 stainless steel with a brushed chrome finish that resists fingerprints and minor abrasion better than polished finishes. The 4.5mm projection from the wall keeps a low profile suitable for wallpapered or painted surfaces where deeper plates would create visible shadow lines. The IP20 rating confirms the faceplate is suitable for dry indoor environments but not wet rooms or outdoor use. Knightsbridge backs the plate with a 25-year guarantee.

Frequently Asked
What euro modules does it accept?
The faceplate accepts any standard 25mm x 50mm euro module insert including HDMI, coax TV, CAT5e/CAT6 data, USB-A, USB-C, 3.5mm audio, telephone and blank modules. Modules are sold separately and clip into the apertures from the front after the sub-frame is wired and fixed to the back box.
What back box depth is required?
A standard 25mm or 35mm double-gang back box is required. The faceplate sub-frame fixes to the back box lugs using standard screws, then the brushed chrome cover plate clips onto the sub-frame to conceal all fixings.
Can the cover plate be removed after installation?
Yes. The screwless cover plate clips onto the metal sub-frame and can be removed without tools by gently prying from the bottom edge. This allows modules to be swapped or changed without re-wiring the back box, and makes redecorating around the faceplate easier.
What other finishes are available in this range?
Knightsbridge produces this modular faceplate in multiple finishes including polished chrome, matt black, white, polished brass and antique brass. Use the filters or search function at Niori to find other variants in stock.
