Description

The Knightsbridge 2 gang grid faceplate is an 87.75mm square cover plate designed for modular grid switching systems, finished in matt black. The faceplate provides two rectangular apertures to accept grid modules from Knightsbridge's grid system range, which includes switches, dimmers, data outlets and AV connections installed on a separate mounting frame behind the plate.

Designed for residential and commercial installations where custom switching configurations are needed, the grid faceplate fits over a 1-2 gang grid mounting frame (sold separately) fixed to a standard back box. The modular approach allows multiple functions to be grouped under a single faceplate rather than installing individual switches or sockets, reducing wall clutter in kitchens, offices, AV rooms and conference spaces.

Constructed from premium-grade steel with a matt black powder-coated finish, the faceplate adds 7.5mm of projection from the wall when fitted over the mounting frame. The rounded-edge profile softens the visual impact compared to squared plates and coordinates with Knightsbridge's Rounded Edge range of switches and sockets. The matt black finish provides a low-reflectance surface that works with contemporary, industrial and minimalist interiors.
