The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang DP switched socket adds twin earth terminals behind a gunmetal flat plate with a black insert. The dual-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the socket is switched off, providing additional safety over single-pole switching for high-draw appliances. The twin earth terminals provide redundant earthing for installations requiring high-integrity earth connections.

Designed for residential, commercial and hospitality installation, the socket fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth and uses an ultra-low profile flat plate that projects only 2.5mm from the wall surface once fitted. The built-in gasket around the plate edge creates a seamless finish against the wall, hiding any small gaps that can appear with standard cover plates. The 13A rating handles standard UK appliance loads up to 3,120W per outlet.

The gunmetal finish provides a dark metallic accent that pairs well with industrial, contemporary and moody-toned interiors. The black insert behind the gunmetal faceplate hides the back of the cover plate and gives a defined edge to each outlet aperture.
