The Knightsbridge 1-gang blanking plate covers unused or redundant electrical back boxes behind a white thermoset resin faceplate with rounded edges. The plate measures 86mm square with a 7mm projection from the wall once fitted, providing a low-profile finish that sits flush with adjacent switches and sockets in the same range.

Designed for residential, commercial and healthcare installation, the blanking plate incorporates anti-microbial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011, reducing bacterial colonisation on the surface. This makes the plate particularly suited to hospitals, care homes, schools and food preparation areas where surface hygiene standards are regulated.
