Description
The Wraymoor is a six light pendant in antique brass, with slim clear glass lantern shades held on gently curved arms. Each shade takes an E14 LED lamp at 6W, so the fitting stays bright and open rather than heavy overhead. The frame measures 845mm across and the drop adjusts anywhere between 730mm and 2100mm when it goes up, which means you can hang it low over a dining table or higher in a hallway. Metal and glass make up the build, and the whole ceiling light weighs 4.3kg.
A pendant this wide needs room to be seen, so it belongs over a dining table, in a broad entrance hall, or centred in a living room with decent ceiling height. Six lamps spread the light evenly instead of pooling it in one place, which suits a room used for eating and sitting alike. It is dimmable with compatible LED lamps and a dimmer switch, so the level can come down for the evening. In a period house or a plainer modern room, the antique brass sits happily with warm woods, brick and painted panelling. We would give it a room with some ceiling height rather than a low one.
The arms and gallery are metal finished in antique brass, an aged and softly warm tone rather than a bright polish, and the clear glass panels lift out for cleaning. Dust the metal with a dry soft cloth and wipe the glass with a barely damp one, then dry it; sprays and cream cleaners will dull both in time. Like any mains ceiling light of this size it should be fixed and wired by a qualified electrician. A matching Wraymoor wall light uses the same shade and finish if you want the look carried along a hallway or beside a fireplace.

Frequently Asked
What is the Wraymoor pendant made from?
A metal frame and arms in an antique brass finish, with clear glass lantern shades.
How should I clean it?
Lift the glass out and wash it in warm water, dry it fully, then use a dry soft cloth on the brass. Avoid polishes, sprays and cream cleaners.
How much space does it need?
The frame is 845mm in diameter and the drop can be set anywhere from 730mm to 2100mm, so it suits wider rooms and can be raised for lower ceilings.
Which bulbs does it take?
Six E14 lamps at up to 6W each. LED is the sensible choice, and the fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable LED lamps and a suitable dimmer.
Can I fit it in a bathroom?
No. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor rooms only, so keep it away from anywhere it could get wet.
