Description

The Wellesley is a three-light table lamp built around a central antique brass column with two curved brass arms extending from the stem, each topped with a hand-blown crackle glass globe. The three globes sit at staggered heights — two on the curved arms and one at the top of the main stem — creating an asymmetric silhouette. Each globe takes an E14 bulb up to 7W (sold separately) and the lamp includes a rocker switch on the cable.

Designed for console tables, sideboards and bedside use where height is available, the Wellesley stands 82cm tall with a 35cm-wide footprint. The curved arms extend outward from the central column, giving the lamp visual presence without requiring excessive surface area. The hand-blown crackle glass globes contain small decorative bubbles formed during the glassblowing process, which catch and diffuse light when the lamp is switched on.

The antique brass finish is darker and more muted than polished brass, with a patinated surface that reduces reflections and suits traditional, mid-century and transitional interiors. Each of the three globes is individually hand-blown, so bubble patterns and slight variations in glass thickness differ between globes. The iron frame carries a total weight of 5.8kg, giving the lamp a stable base on most surfaces without tipping.
