Description

The Visla is a set of four stemmed glasses, each 14cm high and 7cm across, mouth-blown from recycled glass. The glass is light smoke, tinted so faintly that it reads close to clear, and carries a texture in the surface that comes from the blowing rather than from any cutting. Each glass stands on a solid stem rather than a hollow one.

Each glass holds 300ml and takes wine and water equally, which is what the solid stem allows. At 14cm high and 7cm across they are a short stemmed glass rather than a tall one, so they sit lower on a table than a long-stemmed wine glass. They are dishwasher safe and food safe.

The glass is recycled. Each one is mouth-blown, so the texture in the surface and the depth of the smoke tint differ from glass to glass, and no two in a set of four come out identical. The Visla range also runs to a champagne flute.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes, and they are food safe.

Is the glass recycled?

Yes. Each glass is mouth-blown from recycled glass.

Will the four match?
