Description
The Vento Mini is a 41cm ceiling fan with an integrated 24W LED light and retractable blades that fold into the housing when the fan is off. The fitting combines a matt black metal frame with a bronze-toned accent ring and an opal acrylic diffuser that casts diffused light downward. When the fan runs, four smoke-tinted blades extend from slots in the housing; when switched off, they retract flush with the body, leaving only the circular light fitting visible.
Designed for bedrooms, small living rooms, home offices and other spaces where ceiling fans are wanted but permanent blade visibility is not, the Vento Mini suits ceiling heights from 2.3m upward (the fitting projects 35-45cm depending on drop rod configuration). The six-speed DC motor runs quieter than AC equivalents and draws less power, with forward and reverse modes to suit summer cooling or winter heat redistribution. The CCT LED adjusts from warm white (3000K) through to daylight (6000K), controlled via the included remote along with fan speed, direction, timer and dimming.
The black and bronze finish works across industrial, mid-century and contemporary interiors. The 6.78kg weight requires secure ceiling fixing to a joist or solid ceiling structure — the fitting cannot be mounted to plasterboard alone. The remote control includes timer settings (1, 2, 4, 8 hours) and memory function, so the fan and light return to the last-used settings when switched back on at the wall. The DC motor runs at 50/60Hz and is rated for continuous operation on UK 220-240V mains.

Frequently Asked
How do the retractable blades work?
When the fan is switched on, centrifugal force extends the four blades outward from slots in the housing. When the fan is switched off, internal springs retract the blades back into the body, leaving only the circular light fitting visible from below.
What ceiling height is needed?
The fitting projects 35-45cm from the ceiling depending on the drop rod configuration chosen during installation. Ceiling heights of 2.3m or above are recommended to maintain adequate clearance when the blades are extended.
What does CCT adjustable mean?
CCT stands for correlated colour temperature. The integrated LED can be adjusted via the remote control from warm white (3000K) through neutral white (4000K) to daylight (6000K), allowing you to change the light tone to suit different times of day or tasks.
Is it suitable for sloped ceilings?
The Vento Mini requires a flat horizontal ceiling for safe installation. The retractable blade mechanism depends on balanced centrifugal force and will not function correctly on angled surfaces.
