What's the difference between isolated and non-isolated TV outlets?

A non-isolated outlet terminates the aerial feed at that point and does not pass signal onwards to other outlets. An isolated outlet includes loop-through capability, allowing the signal to continue to additional TV points. Use non-isolated outlets where you only need a single TV connection on that cable run.

What back box depth is required?

The outlet requires a 25mm minimum back box depth. Most standard UK single gang metal or plastic back boxes meet this requirement. The 2.5mm projection from the wall once fitted gives an ultra-low profile finish.

Is the brushed brass lacquered or unsealed?

Knightsbridge brushed brass finishes are typically lacquered to prevent tarnishing and maintain the directional grain appearance over time. The lacquer can be cleaned with a soft dry cloth but should not be polished with abrasive cleaners.
