Description

Tubino is a slim LED table lamp with a single tubular head set at an angle beside a fine upright stem, its cable looping in an arc over the top before the stem meets a low, round base. The whole lamp wears a Brushed Champagne finish, a soft and warm metallic tone with a gentle brushed texture. It stands 48cm tall on a base 10.4cm across, and the head is 4cm across and 23cm tall, so it asks for very little room on a desk or bedside table. The light comes from an integrated LED of 6.5W giving 339 lumens, with a CRI of 90, so colours, fabrics and print look true beneath it.

We see it at its best in a bedroom or a living room: beside the bed for reading, on a side table next to an armchair, or on a desk where you want light close to what you are doing rather than a broad glow across the room. It comes in two colour temperatures, 2700K or 3000K, so choose 2700K for a warmer, more relaxed light in the evening, or 3000K for a slightly crisper white that suits reading and desk work. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The lamp plugs in and runs at 230V, and it is a Class II fitting. It dims in steps, so you can take it from a clear working light down to something softer once the reading is done. Because the LED is integrated, there is no bulb to buy or change, and nothing else is needed alongside it: it comes ready to stand on a table and use. The Brushed Champagne finish has a quiet sheen that sits comfortably with warm woods, linen and pale walls, and the narrow stem and small base keep it out of the way on a crowded bedside table. It has a plug on its cable, and we include a UK adaptor in the box, so it is ready for a UK socket.
