Description
The Knightsbridge SF63WBCG is a triple USB charger plate with two USB-C ports and one USB-A port behind a brushed chrome screwless faceplate with a grey insert. The USB-C2 port delivers up to 63W using Power Delivery 3.0 and Programmable Power Supply (PPS) protocols, enough to charge most laptops directly from the wall without a separate power brick.
Designed for hot-desking environments, hotel rooms, coffee shops, reception areas and home offices where multiple users need charging without cluttering surfaces with adapters. The 87.5mm square plate fits a standard UK single-gang aperture and requires a 35mm minimum back box depth for safe installation. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, eliminating visible fixings once fitted.
When all three ports are in use simultaneously, the charger delivers up to 60W total, split intelligently between devices: 45W shared across the USB-C ports plus 15W to the USB-A. When only USB-C2 is in use alone, it delivers the full 63W, making it capable of replacing a laptop charger for devices rated 65W or below when paired with a certified 100W-rated USB-C cable. The brushed chrome finish gives a satin metallic surface that resists fingerprints better than polished chrome, and the grey insert provides a neutral backing behind the port apertures.

Frequently Asked
Can this charge a laptop?
Yes. The USB-C2 port delivers up to 63W using PD3.0 and PPS protocols, which is sufficient to charge most laptops rated 65W or below. You will need a certified 100W-rated USB-C cable to handle the full output — lower-rated cables will restrict charging to 30W or less.
What happens when all three ports are in use?
When all three ports charge simultaneously, total output is capped at 60W, split as 45W shared across USB-C1 and USB-C2, plus 15W to the USB-A port. The charger intelligently allocates power depending on which devices are connected and their charging protocols.
What back box depth is required?
A 35mm minimum back box depth is needed, though actual depth required depends on wiring conditions. The screwless cover plate adds 4.3mm projection from the wall once fitted.
Is the screwless plate removable for redecorating?
Yes. The cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting around the charger and re-clipped without re-wiring.
