Description

The Maytoni Trinity suspension cable is a white plastic suspension kit designed for 3-phase track lighting systems, allowing pendant lights and spotlights fitted with track adapters to be suspended from ceiling-mounted track at variable drop lengths. The cable runs through a white plastic housing that clips into the track channel and terminates in a lower fixing point for the pendant or spotlight.

Designed for retail, hospitality and residential track installations where pendant lights need to hang below the track level rather than sit flush with it, the suspension cable provides up to 200cm of adjustable drop. The cable length can be shortened during installation by trimming to suit the ceiling height and desired pendant position. The white finish matches standard white track systems from Maytoni and other manufacturers using 3-phase track profiles.

The upper housing measures 5.5cm in diameter and clips into the track via a spring-loaded mechanism that locks the suspension in place without tools. The housing is rated IP20, suitable for dry indoor environments. The plastic construction keeps the suspension lightweight at approximately 100g, so it adds minimal load to the track even when supporting a pendant fitting.

Is this compatible with all 3-phase track systems?

The Trinity suspension cable is designed for Maytoni 3-phase track and other track systems using the same profile standard. Check the product manual for compatibility with your specific track brand before purchase.

Can the cable length be adjusted after installation?

The cable can be trimmed to the required length during installation. Once fitted and trimmed, further adjustment requires removing the suspension from the track and re-trimming the cable.

What weight can the suspension cable support?

Weight capacity depends on the track system's load rating as well as the suspension cable itself. Refer to your track manufacturer's specifications for maximum pendant weight per suspension point. Typical 3-phase track systems support 2-3kg per suspension.

Does it come with a pendant light fitting?

No. The suspension cable is sold separately and is used to suspend compatible pendant lights or spotlights that have 3-phase track adapters. The pendant fitting must be purchased separately.
