The Maytoni Trinity left corner connector is a surface-mounted component for 3-phase track lighting systems, designed to join two sections of track at a 90-degree external left-hand corner. The connector houses three live phase rails that maintain electrical continuity through the turn, allowing track spotlights to be positioned and powered continuously around corners without interruption.

Used in retail, gallery, kitchen and commercial settings where track runs need to follow wall perimeters or ceiling beams, the connector supports the same AC 220-240V three-phase power as the track sections it joins. The 9.9cm square footprint with 3.2cm height sits flush against ceiling or wall surfaces, and the external-corner design means the connector sits proud of the track junction rather than recessed into it.

What's the difference between a left and right corner connector?

Left and right corner connectors are mirror images of each other. The designation refers to the direction of the turn when viewed from the power feed end of the track system. A left corner connector turns the track 90 degrees to the left; a right connector turns it to the right. Installing the wrong orientation will prevent the track sections from aligning.

Does this connector carry all three phase rails through the corner?

Yes. The connector maintains electrical continuity for all three phase rails around the 90-degree turn, so track spotlights can be positioned and powered on any phase throughout the corner section.

Can this be installed by a non-electrician?

The mechanical clip-in fitting can be done without electrical qualifications, but connecting the phase rails to mains power and ensuring correct phase continuity through the connector requires a qualified electrician. Incorrect wiring can cause phase imbalance or short circuits.
