Description

The Maytoni Trinity internal straight connector joins two sections of 3-phase surface-mounted track in a continuous straight run, maintaining electrical continuity across all three power circuits. The connector body measures 70mm long by 31mm wide and 27mm high, fitting flush within the track profile to create an uninterrupted line along ceilings or walls.

Designed for commercial, retail and residential track lighting installations, the connector allows modular track systems to be extended across longer ceiling spans without visible gaps or interruptions. The three-phase design enables independent control of three separate lighting circuits on the same track run, giving flexibility to zone lights by function or time of day. The connector clips into place within the track channel and locks with a quarter-turn, requiring no tools for installation.

The black plastic housing matches the finish of Maytoni Trinity track sections and conceals the internal copper contact plates that transfer power between track segments. The IP20 rating limits the connector to indoor dry locations only — it is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor installations or anywhere subject to moisture. The plastic construction keeps the connector lightweight at under 50g while maintaining dimensional stability across the 220-240V AC voltage range.

Is this compatible with single-phase track systems?

No. This connector is specifically designed for Maytoni Trinity 3-phase track systems. It will not work with single-phase or two-circuit track, as the internal contact configuration differs.

Does it require tools to install?

No. The connector clips into the track channel and locks with a quarter-turn. Installation can be completed by hand, though power must be isolated at the consumer unit before fitting.

Can it be used outdoors or in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating limits the connector to indoor dry locations only. It is not protected against moisture ingress and must not be used in bathrooms, outdoor installations or any area subject to condensation or water exposure.
