Description

The To-Be is a slim linear pendant light: a single brushed brass cylinder 65cm long and 3.2cm across, with an integrated LED set into its lower end. In the version with canopy, it hangs from a canopy 5.5cm across, at a drop of up to 200cm. The LED gives 363 lumens with a CRI of 90, so colours, wood and skin tones look natural, and it draws 5.3W or 7W depending on the version. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to buy or change. We offer it in 2700K, a warm white, or 3000K, a slightly crisper warm white, so you can match the light already in the room.

Its narrow profile suits a dining room, where one pendant or a row of them can hang low over the table without blocking the view across it, and a living room, where it draws a fine vertical line of light beside a sofa or into a quiet corner. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry indoor rooms only. You can choose it with canopy, for a single pendant on its own ceiling point, or without canopy, for multi-pendant canopies (sold separately), where several pendants hang together from one ceiling fitting.

The brushed brass finish has a soft, even sheen that sits comfortably with warm woods, stone and deeper paint colours. It is a 230V fitting, wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. The 24V DC version needs a remote 24V DC driver, sold separately, which converts the mains supply to the low voltage that version runs on, and it will not work without one. Before you order, settle on the colour temperature and the canopy choice, and measure the drop you want, up to 200cm, so your electrician can hang it at the right height.
