Description

To-Be is a slim linear LED pendant light: a single aluminium tube 85cm long and just 2.2cm across, finished in Brushed Brass. Its light comes from an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change, and with a CRI of 90 it shows food, faces and fabrics in natural colour. We offer it in 2700K for a warm, relaxed white or 3000K for a slightly crisper one, and the LED draws 2.8W or 4W, depending on the version. It comes either with its own canopy, a small cylinder 5.5cm across and 13cm tall, or without a canopy, for hanging from a multi-pendant canopy sold separately.

A pendant this narrow suits rooms where a wide shade would feel heavy. Over a dining table it draws a fine vertical line of light, and in a living room it sits well beside a favourite chair or in a corner that needs a quiet glow. It hangs on a drop of up to 200cm, so you can set it at the height that suits your ceiling and furniture. The version without a canopy is made for multi-pendant canopies, so several tubes can share one ceiling point. It is rated IP40, so it is for dry rooms indoors only.

The tube is aluminium, and the Brushed Brass finish gives it a soft, warm sheen rather than a mirror shine. It runs on 230V mains power and is wired in to the mains by an electrician, so a qualified electrician should install it. The 24V DC version needs a remote 24V DC driver, not included and sold separately, which supplies the power its LED runs on; it will not light without one. Before you order, measure your ceiling height and decide on the drop you want, and with an integrated LED there is never a bulb to replace.
