Description

We stock the Tenity recessed track profile in black as the channel that lets you set track lighting into the ceiling rather than on the surface. It sits within the ceiling void so only the track aperture is visible from below, giving you a clean ceiling line with the heads dropping through the opening.

It suits retail, gallery and home settings where surface-mounted track would break up the ceiling plane. Track heads and spotlights clip straight into the channel without separate brackets, and you can slide and reposition them along the run to relight a space without any rewiring. The black finish reads as a defined line against white plasterboard or blends away into a darker ceiling.

This is the profile only; track heads, spotlights and connectors are sold separately and need to match the Tenity track specification. Several profiles join end to end using straight or L-shaped connectors, so you can build longer or angled runs. As a recessed component it is designed for dry indoor ceilings, and we would always have the wiring carried out by a qualified electrician.

Frequently Asked

What is included?

You get the recessed track profile in black on its own. Track heads, spotlights, connectors and any live rail or end caps are bought separately, so you can size the run and pick the heads you need.

Do track heads clip straight in?

Yes. Compatible Tenity track heads and spotlights clip directly into the channel without extra brackets, and you can slide them along the profile to reposition the light after fitting.

Can I join profiles into a longer or angled run?

Yes. Profiles join end to end with the matching straight or L-shaped connectors from the Tenity range, so you can build a longer line or turn a corner across a ceiling.

Is it suitable for a bathroom or outdoors?

No. This is a recessed track component for dry indoor ceilings, not a rated fitting for wet or outdoor areas. We would always have the wiring done by a qualified electrician.
