Description

The Knightsbridge CL74PC is a BT-type telephone extension outlet behind a polished chrome rounded edge plate. The outlet extends the line from a master socket to provide a secondary telephone point elsewhere in the property, using screw terminals to connect the incoming line. The plate is made from 304 stainless steel with a polished chrome finish and a built-in gasket to seal against the wall.

Designed for residential and office installations where a secondary telephone line is needed in a different room from the master socket, the extension outlet fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth. The rounded edge metal plate sits flush with the wall, projecting 7.5mm from the surface once fitted. The polished chrome finish pairs with other polished chrome switches, sockets and data outlets in the same Knightsbridge range.

The outlet is certified to BS 5733, the British Standard for telephone wiring accessories, confirming compatibility with BT lines and UK telecoms infrastructure.
