Description

A set of three hanging decorations, each 12cm tall. A length of brass-finished wire runs down the middle of each one, wound tightly on itself, with finer wires branching off to either side and every branch carrying a cluster of small pale mango wood discs. The branches are longer at the bottom and shorter towards the top, so the outline tapers into the shape of a tree. Each decoration hangs from a dark brown ribbon knotted through a small brass loop at the head.

These are light decorations. All three together weigh 90 grams. Hung along a bare branch and spaced apart, the wire reads against the light. They will also hang on a tree, run along a garland or lie on a table setting.

The beads are mango wood, cut individually and left in their natural tone, and the wire is iron under an antique brass finish. Each decoration is shaped by hand. The Tanu range carries the same beadwork in a candle holder and in a wreath, and these baubles come in a second colourway in brass and ruby.

From a dark brown ribbon knotted through a small brass loop at the top of the wire.
