Description

Our Tamsi tray is a square, low-sided tray in high gloss lacquered MDF, finished in a multicoloured colour-block scheme in which the rim, sides and base each take their own shade. It measures 40cm long, 40cm wide and 7.5cm tall, a generous size that sits comfortably across an ottoman or in the middle of a coffee table without crowding it. The two raised ends rise in a gentle curve, and each has a slot cut through it as a handle, so you can lift the tray with both hands and carry it from room to room. At 1.4KG it is a light tray to lift and move.

In a living room it gathers remote controls, a stack of magazines and a couple of framed photographs into one tidy spot, and the raised edge keeps smaller pieces in place. On a dressing table it corrals jewellery, perfume bottles and a hairbrush; in a hallway it makes a landing spot for keys, post and sunglasses. On a desk it keeps stationery and a notebook within reach, and on a kitchen worktop it brings order to cookbooks.
