Description

This Knightsbridge switch cover rocker is marked 'FAN' and finished in matt black. The rocker measures 33mm high by 16mm wide and clips onto standard Knightsbridge grid switch modules, replacing the blank or existing marked rocker to identify the circuit the switch controls. The marking is moulded into the ABS plastic surface rather than printed, so it won't wear off with repeated use.

Designed for grid switch installations where multiple circuits are controlled from a single plate, the marked rocker allows residents, tenants or staff to identify which rocker operates the extractor fan without trial and error. Common applications include kitchen grid plates controlling hob, extractor fan and under-cabinet lighting, bathroom grids controlling lights and extractor fans, and utility rooms where ventilation fans are switched alongside other appliances.

The rocker is constructed from ABS plastic with a steel spring mechanism inside. The matt black finish provides a neutral, low-reflection surface that pairs with matt black grid plates, screwless plates and contemporary interiors. The IP20 rating confines use to dry indoor locations — bathrooms require IP-rated grid switches positioned outside splash zones. The rocker carries a 25-year warranty from Knightsbridge.

Yes. This rocker fits all standard Knightsbridge grid switch modules. Simply pull the existing rocker off the module and clip this one on — no tools or re-wiring required.
