Description

The SIS Spot 60° is a small cylinder LED spotlight made to fit the SIS System track, casting a warm pool of light down from a neat drum. Its integrated LED means there is no bulb to buy or change. It draws 6.3W and gives 627lm at 2700K, a warm white, with a CRI of 90, so food, wood and fabric keep their true colours. The head is 4.5cm across and 4.7cm tall, small enough to sit close to the track without crowding it. We sell it in Black, White, Brass or Grey, so you can match the heads to your kitchen or mix finishes along one run.

This is a track spotlight, so it needs the SIS System track it fits, which is sold separately. The track holds each head in place overhead and carries power to it, and the spotlight runs on mains power, through its track. Without the track it cannot be used on its own. In a kitchen, a run of these heads gives clear, warm light over an island or a dining table, and you can space several along one track to cover the room evenly. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only.

It is a Class II fitting, and it is not dimmable, so it gives its full output each time it is switched on; choose it where you want steady, even light rather than a lowered evening glow. With no bulb to replace, there is little to maintain beyond keeping it free of dust. The design is by María Güell & Carrasquet. As a practical note, plan how many heads you want and how long the track should be before you order, so the light falls exactly where you need it. The track in our photographs is not included.
