Description

The SIS Spot 36° is a small cylinder LED track spotlight, 4.7cm tall and 4.5cm across, that fits on its track and sends a warm pool of light downwards. Its integrated LED draws 6.3W and gives 627 lumens at 2700K, a warm white, with a CRI of 90, so colours, food and pictures look true to life. Because the LED is built in, there is no bulb to buy or change. It is not dimmable, so it runs at full brightness whenever it is on. We offer it in a Black, White, Brass or Grey finish, so you can choose one to suit your ceiling, walls or other metalwork.

It needs the SIS System track it fits, sold separately: the track holds the spotlight in place and carries its mains power to it, so the spotlight cannot be used on its own. In a kitchen, a few along a track over a dining table or breakfast bar give a tidy line of light to eat and talk by, and the high colour rendering flatters food. A row set above pictures on a wall picks them out with a clean, even glow. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only, never anywhere it could be splashed.

The shape is a plain cylinder with clean lines, small enough to read as a point of light rather than a piece of hardware. The design is by María Güell & Carrasquet, and its compact size keeps the attention on the light rather than the fitting. Brass brings a warmer note to a pale room, while Black, White and Grey sit quietly against most ceilings. As a practical note, plan how many spotlights you want and where each one should sit before the track goes up; each gives 627 lumens, so a few go a long way.
