Description

The Knightsbridge CSP1BC is a single GU10 spotlight with a brushed chrome pressed steel head mounted on a circular 54mm ceiling plate. The spotlight head rotates 350° on its base and tilts 90° on the mounting arm, allowing directed light to be positioned onto walls, worktops, artwork or architectural features from a fixed ceiling or wall location.

Designed for kitchens, hallways, home offices and retail spaces where adjustable accent or task lighting is needed without running track, the spotlight accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to 50W (sold separately). The fitting mounts directly to a standard UK ceiling rose or wall junction box using the backplate fixings. The IP20 rating means the spotlight is suitable for dry indoor locations only and should not be used in bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor applications.

The brushed chrome finish on the pressed steel construction gives a mid-tone metallic appearance that minimises fingerprint marks and pairs with both contemporary and traditional interiors. The circular mounting plate sits flush to the ceiling or wall surface, with the spotlight projecting 125mm when angled perpendicular to the mounting surface. Dimming capability depends on the bulb chosen — pair with a dimmable GU10 LED for full dimming range.

Dimming depends on the bulb chosen. Pair with a dimmable GU10 LED bulb and a compatible LED dimmer switch to achieve full dimming range. Non-dimmable bulbs will operate at full brightness only.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the spotlight is suitable for dry indoor locations only. It should not be installed in bathrooms, wet rooms, or outdoor areas where moisture is present.

The spotlight head rotates 350° horizontally on the mounting plate and tilts 90° vertically on the arm joint, allowing light to be directed in almost any direction from the fixed mounting point.
