Description

The Selvory is a twin wall light that sends light both up and down from a slim brass cylinder, held off the wall on a short stem and a round backplate. It is made of brass and glass. It is 17.5cm tall and 7.5cm wide and stands 11cm out from the wall, so it sits neatly beside a door, a mirror or a bed without crowding the space. There is a bulb at each end, and the bulbs are sold separately: it takes 2 x GU10 bulbs, up to 5W per bulb (LED).

It comes in two IP versions, IP44 and IP65, and with either rating the Selvory suits a bathroom as well as a bedroom, a dining room or a living room. Light washing up and down a wall gives a room a soft evening glow, and a pair either side of a mirror, a fireplace or a sideboard looks settled and balanced. It comes in Antique Brass, Antique Silver, Natural Brass, Polished Brass and Satin Brass, or in one of the painted colours: Matt Vanilla Cream, Sage Green, Matt Antique Pink, Matt Black, Matt Honey Yellow, Matt Mint Turquoise, Matt Sapphire Blue, Orange, Red and Racing Green. Each painted colour has its own RAL reference, which makes it easy to match to your walls or woodwork.

Every Selvory is made to order for you in Ireland, in brass and glass, in the finish and IP version you choose. The maker guarantees the fittings it makes for five years from the date of purchase, and bulbs are not covered. It is a mains fitting for a qualified electrician to install. Have two GU10 LED bulbs of up to 5W each ready before the electrician arrives, so the Selvory is lit as soon as it is fitted.
