Description

Twelve small glass stars, each 3cm across, hanging from a knotted velvet ribbon in a dusty pink. A small fluted metal cap in an antique style sits between the ribbon and the glass. The stars are shallow rather than solid, and the points are drawn out unevenly in the making, so no two of the twelve come out quite the same shape.

At 3cm these are small decorations. Twelve of them will run the length of a foliage garland or dress a bare branch on their own, and on a full tree they read as points of light between larger decorations rather than carrying a branch themselves. The ribbon is long enough to knot straight over a branch without a hook. A row of them along a garland reads best with lights burning behind.

The stars are recycled glass. Each one is capped, and the velvet ribbon is knotted through the cap by hand, so the length of the tie varies a little from star to star. Indoor use only. The same star baubles are also made in antique gold.
