Description

The Sangamo Q563.3 is a 4-pin electromechanical time switch that controls up to three independent on/off changeover operations per 24-hour cycle, rated at 20A switching capacity. The unit runs on a quartz-driven 24-hour dial with manual pin placement to set switching times, and includes a 100-hour battery reserve to maintain programming through mains power interruptions.

Designed for DIN-rail mounting in distribution boards, the Q563.3 suits heating control, lighting schedules, pump timers and any application requiring daily repeating on/off cycles. The three changeover operations allow separate circuits to be switched at different times within the 24-hour period, so a single unit can manage morning heating, evening lighting and overnight circulation pump cycles without additional timers. The day omit dial allows individual days of the week to be excluded from the programme, useful for skipping weekends or public holidays.

The manual override button provides temporary control outside the programmed schedule without losing the pin positions, returning to automatic operation at the next programmed event. The 4-pin configuration uses mechanical pins inserted into the dial edge at the desired switching times, a format that remains visible and adjustable without requiring menu navigation or digital interface.
