Romo LED Wall/Flush Ceiling Light 28W 3000K - White/Black

The Romo is a 28W LED wall or ceiling light built around two interlocking curved forms—one in matte white, one in matte black—with an opal acrylic diffuser that distributes 3024lm of warm white light at 3000K. The LED array is integrated into the 45cm-wide frame, which sits 6cm proud of the mounting surface and projects 38cm at its deepest point.

Designed for contemporary living rooms, open-plan kitchen-dining areas, hallways and bedrooms, the Romo functions as either a primary ambient light source in rooms up to 12-15m² or as accent lighting in larger spaces where multiple fixtures are used. The dual-finish design creates visual contrast against both white and coloured walls, while the opal diffuser softens the LED output into a comfortable ambient glow without visible hotspots. The fixture can be mounted horizontally on a ceiling or vertically on a wall, giving flexibility for different room layouts.

The white and black finishes are powder-coated metal, giving a consistent low-sheen surface that resists fingerprints and marks better than gloss finishes. At 2.5kg the fitting requires secure fixing into a ceiling joist or wall stud—plasterboard alone will not support the weight. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations, and the Class 1 electrical classification requires an earth connection during installation.

Is the Romo dimmable?

Can it be mounted on both ceiling and wall?

Yes. The Romo is designed for either horizontal ceiling mounting or vertical wall mounting. The curved forms work in both orientations, allowing flexibility depending on room layout and desired light distribution.

What fixing method is needed for the 2.5kg weight?

The 2.5kg weight requires secure fixing into a ceiling joist or wall stud using the mounting plate provided. Plasterboard fixings alone will not support the fixture safely—locate a structural timber or use a ceiling noggin where no joist is available.

What room size does the 3024lm output suit?
