Description

The Kichler Riviera is a single-light pendant with a 223mm diameter ribbed clear glass shade suspended from brushed nickel metalwork. The glass shade features vertical ribbing that refracts light outward when a filament or vintage-style LED bulb is fitted to the E27 socket inside. The pendant drops on a fabric-covered cord adjustable between 353mm and 2153mm, with the canopy and cord grip finished in the same brushed nickel as the metal collar around the shade neck.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables, hallways and bedroom reading nooks, the Riviera works as a single pendant over a console table or grouped in multiples along an island worktop. What bulb does the Riviera take?

The pendant takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. The ribbed glass shade is designed to showcase the bulb, so most users fit a vintage-style ST64 filament LED or warm-white LED with visible filament elements at 2200K-2700K.

Can I install multiple Riviera pendants in a row?

Yes. The 223mm diameter allows typical spacing of 600-800mm between pendant centres when installing two or three units along a kitchen island. Each pendant requires its own ceiling outlet, or you can use a multi-outlet canopy plate designed for grouped pendant installation.

Is the drop length adjustable after installation?

The drop is adjustable during installation by shortening the fabric cord through the ceiling canopy. Once installed and the canopy is fixed, the drop is set. To adjust later, you would need to remove the canopy and re-feed the cord.

What's the maximum ceiling height this works with?
