Description

The Rigoberta is a two light pendant made from a single curved iron tube in matt white, bent into a tall arch with an opal glass globe at each end. It is 35cm tall and 26cm across, and each globe is a 10cm sphere of opal glass that gives a soft, diffused light. There are two G9 lamp holders, one inside each globe, and we recommend G9 LED lamps for them. It runs on 220-240V and hangs from an 8cm ceiling canopy on 1.5m of textile cable.

This is a modern pendant with a sense of fun, and it works best where its curve can be seen: over a dining table, above a desk in a home office, in a hallway or on a landing, or hung singly in a bedroom. At 26cm across it suits a small table or a narrow space, and two or three hung in a row over a longer table make a playful line of globes. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only: living rooms, bedrooms, studies and hallways. The white finish sits quietly against pale walls and stands out crisply against darker paint.
