The Rigoberta is a two-light table lamp made from a curved iron tube in matt black, bent into a deep U with an opal glass globe at each end. One arm rises higher than the other, so the two spheres sit at different heights and give the lamp its easy, playful line. The opal glass softens each lamp into a gentle, even glow. It stands 32cm tall and 26cm wide on a 16cm round base, and each globe is 10cm across, so it is compact enough for a small table yet still holds its own in a room.

Its size suits a bedside table, a side table by the sofa, a hallway console or the corner of a desk, where two low points of light make a room feel calmer in the evening than a single overhead fitting. The curved form reads as modern without crowding a surface, so it works on its own or among a few favourite pieces. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only: living rooms, bedrooms, studies and hallways all suit it. The 2m textile cable gives you some freedom in where it sits.

The structure is iron in a matt black finish, the globes are opal glass and the cable is covered in textile. It takes two G9 lamps, one in each globe, and the recommended lamp is a G9 LED. It runs on 220-240V and carries a 3 year guarantee. For styling, the matt black lets the white globes stand out against a pale wall or a light stone or timber top; on a darker surface the black tube recedes and the two glowing spheres become the focus.
