Description

The Reiko is a flat pendant light: a shallow dome of aluminium in a matt white finish, capped by a round base of natural ash wood and hung on a textile cable. The fitting is 15cm tall, with a 21cm shade, so it is a compact pendant that reads low and wide rather than tall. The matt white surface is soft rather than glossy, and the pale grain of the ash brings a little warmth to the cool white curve. Light falls downward from the open underside of the dome, putting it where you need it on the surface below.

Because the shade is small, the Reiko suits places where a full-size pendant would crowd the space.
