Description

We stock the Rado in white as an adjustable LED track light for a 48V single-circuit track. It has an integrated 18W LED giving 750 lumens through a cylindrical white aluminium housing, and the colour temperature tunes across 2700-6000K so you can set it from warm white through to cool white to suit the room or the time of day.

We find it works well for accent lighting on track in shops, galleries, kitchens and home offices, wherever you want directed light on displays, worktops, shelving or a feature wall. The head rotates and tilts on its bracket so you can aim it once the fitting is clipped onto the rail, and because it runs on a 48V track you can add more heads on the same circuit and position each one on its own.

The LED renders colour at 90 CRI, which helps when you are lighting products or artwork and want them to look true. The beam spreads at 120 degrees, and the fitting is dimmable on a compatible 48V dimmer module so you can vary the brightness as well as the colour. It carries an IP20 rating, so keep it to dry indoor locations, and it sits in energy class G.

How does it fit?

It clips onto a 48V single-circuit track rail rather than a ceiling box, so you will need compatible 48V track in place. Once it is on the rail the head rotates and tilts on its bracket so you can aim the light where you want it.

Is it dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 18W LED dims on a compatible 48V dimmer module on the track circuit (sold separately), so you can take it from full output down to a soft glow, as well as tuning the colour between 2700K and 6000K.

Can I use it in a bathroom or outside?

No. It is rated IP20, which is for dry indoor spaces only, so it suits shops, kitchens, galleries and offices rather than bathrooms or outdoor areas.

Do I need a separate bulb?

No. The LED is built in and gives 750 lumens at 90 CRI, so there is no separate bulb to buy. You supply the 48V track and any dimmer module you want to add.
