Description

This is a small inline connector for three circuit flex, and the clear housing means it reads as part of the cable rather than a lump on it. At 45mm long it is roughly the size of a thumb joint, slim and low in profile, so it sits quietly along a run of cord. It pushes together and pulls apart again in seconds, which is the whole point of it.

It suits the jobs that turn up after a fitting is already hung: lengthening a flex, joining a lead to a lamp, or building in a break point so a long cable can be parted where it is easiest instead of threaded back through. We use them on shop displays where lights get moved about often, and they are worth keeping in the drawer with your spare lampholders and grips. The clear body also earns its keep on white or transparent flex, where a dark connector would sit in the middle of the run like a knot.

There is nothing painted or plated here, so there is no finish to chip, scuff or dull with handling, and it carries a one year warranty. Keep it to dry rooms indoors, well away from splashes, damp and anything exposed to the weather.
