Description

The article code SENTO-O-WT-B identifies this as a standalone PIR (passive infrared) motion sensor, a passive control part that switches connected lighting on when it detects movement and off again after a set delay. It runs on a 220-240V AC supply and is housed in a compact circular plastic body measuring Ø111 mm, finished here in black. As a motion sensor it senses the heat signature of people moving within its field, so it controls a separate fitting rather than producing any light of its own.

Rated IP44, it resists splashing and is suited to sheltered locations such as porches, covered entrances, hallways and utility areas, as well as general indoor use. Wire it in line with the lighting circuit it is to control and adjust the detection settings to suit the space.
