Description

This adjustable PIR motion sensor, decoded from the MERGE ADJ-O code, is a passive infrared detector that switches connected lighting on automatically when it senses movement, then off again after a set delay. It runs on a 220-240V AC supply and houses its electronics in a compact white plastic body measuring Ø80 × 90 mm. The adjustable head lets you aim the detection zone where it is needed, so the sensor covers a doorway, hallway or landing rather than triggering on passing traffic.

Rated IP20, it is intended for dry indoor positions such as halls, stairwells, utility rooms and storerooms, and it should be kept clear of damp or exposed outdoor locations. Wiring is straightforward for a competent electrician: the sensor sits in line with the load and switches it within its rated capacity. We also stock other motion and daylight sensors to suit different mounting points and detection patterns.

What load can it switch?
