Description

A square cushion cover 50cm on each side, with a velvet front and a flat flange border running all the way round outside the filled panel. The border is cut from the same velvet. The pile is thick and lies in several directions at once, so the green reads as a deep olive where it lies flat and drops back to a paler sage where the light catches it. The back is natural linen.

It sits in front of larger cushions. At 50cm square it takes a 50cm inner. The flange keeps the outline square once the cover is filled, so the corners hold their shape rather than rounding off, and the same cover works propped against a headboard or on a bedroom chair.

The front is velvet and the back is linen, woven on a loom. Pilani is also made 60 by 40cm in the same moss green. The inner is not included.
