The Perleon is an 87 x 62cm rectangular wall mirror with an ornate resin frame finished in gold. The frame carries a repeating acanthus leaf and scroll pattern around the perimeter, with a beaded inner edge separating the pattern from the mirror glass. The resin construction keeps the weight to 8kg despite the frame's 1.5cm depth and detailed moulding.

Designed for vertical hanging in hallways, bedrooms and living rooms, the Perleon functions as both a practical full-length mirror and a decorative wall piece. The 87cm height works in most UK homes with standard 2.4m ceiling heights, positioned above a console table or hallway bench, or mounted floor-to-ceiling as a leaner-style mirror when propped against a wall. The gold finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with both traditional and warm-toned contemporary interiors.

The acanthus and scroll detailing on the frame is cast into the resin rather than applied separately, so there are no loose elements or separate mouldings that can detach over time. How is the resin frame cleaned?

Wipe the frame with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For marks, use a barely-damp cloth with plain water. Avoid sprays, polishes or solvents, which can dull or discolour the gold finish over time.

Does the gold finish tarnish?

No. The gold finish is a painted or plated coating on resin, not actual metal, so it does not oxidise or tarnish. The colour remains stable in normal indoor conditions away from direct sunlight.
