Description

This is a table lamp with a rust stoneware base shaped as a full round ring, with a large open circle through its middle, beneath a cone-shaped linen shade topped by a small round finial glazed to match. The base carries a sand glaze, a glossy finish with a fine speckle running through it. The lamp is 30cm across and 42cm tall and weighs 1.44KG, a size that suits a bedside table, a side table or a sideboard.

It suits a bedroom, a living room, a reading corner or a hallway console, anywhere you want a lamp at table height for evening light. The open ring keeps the base from looking heavy, and from across the room you see straight through it to the wall behind. The cable is 150cm long, which gives you some room between the lamp and the socket, and the switch sits on the cord, so you can turn the lamp on and off without reaching up under the shade.
