Description

We stock the Onda in black as a compact LED ceiling light built around a single adjustable head on a slim cylindrical canopy, both finished in matt black aluminium. The integrated 12W LED runs at a warm 2700K and gives 700 lumens through a 96 degree beam, and the head rotates on the horizontal axis and tilts on the vertical, so you can aim the light where you want it once it is fitted.

We see this working best as accent or task lighting rather than a main ceiling light. It suits hallways, corridors, kitchens, home offices and retail spaces where you want directed light on a feature wall or work surface without running a full track system. The 90 CRI rating keeps colours looking true, which helps in any spot where accurate colour matters, and the low-profile canopy sits neatly against the ceiling.

The canopy fits directly to a standard UK ceiling rose and the 12W LED runs straight off 220-240V mains, so there is no separate driver to wire in or house. The LED is non-dimmable and the IP20 rating keeps this one to indoor, dry rooms. The matt black aluminium body helps disperse heat and settles into modern, industrial and minimalist interiors.

Frequently Asked

Does it need a separate driver?

No. The integrated 12W LED runs directly on 220-240V mains, so it wires to a standard UK ceiling rose without any extra driver to house.

Is it dimmable?

No. This Onda uses a non-dimmable 2700K LED, so it runs at a fixed warm-white output rather than dimming down.

Can I use it in a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms only. We would keep it to indoor, dry rooms.

Can I aim the light?

Yes. The head rotates on the horizontal axis and tilts on the vertical, so once it is fitted you can direct the 96 degree beam onto a feature wall, work surface or specific area.
