Description

We stock the Olo Ring in platinum as a wall light built around a concentric ring design, with layered circular metal elements set around a central 6W integrated LED. The rings spread the light so it reads as a soft, even glow rather than a single bright point, and the platinum finish gives a polished silver-grey metallic tone that suits contemporary and transitional rooms. Even switched off, the layered rings hold their own as a piece of wall detail.

This is a light we would put in hallways, on landings, in bedrooms or on a living room accent wall, wherever you want a wall fitting that adds a little shape as well as light. You can switch the colour temperature between 2700K warm white, 3000K neutral white and 4000K cool white, so you can set a cosier tone for the evening or a cleaner, brighter one for daytime and task areas. Depending on the temperature you choose it gives between 380 and 438 lumens.

The integrated 6W LED runs on 220-240V mains and casts a wide 120 degree beam, with a CRI of 80 for natural-looking colour. It is a metal fitting rated IP20, so it is made for dry indoor spaces only rather than bathrooms or outdoors, and it is not dimmable. Its energy rating is class F. Because the LED is built in, there are no separate bulbs to buy or replace.

Do I need to buy a bulb?

No. The 6W LED is integrated into the fitting, so there is nothing separate to buy or fit. It runs straight off your 220-240V mains supply once wired in.

Can I change the colour of the light?

Yes. You can switch between 2700K warm white, 3000K neutral white and 4000K cool white, so you can set a warmer tone for the evening or a brighter, cooler one for daytime.

Is it dimmable?

No, this fitting is not dimmable. The colour temperature is switchable between three settings, but the brightness itself stays fixed.

Can I use it in a bathroom or outdoors?

No. It is rated IP20, which means it is made for dry indoor spaces such as hallways, landings, bedrooms and living rooms. It is not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
