Description

The Olivia is a white glass pendant light with a slim, ribbed shade that widens from a narrow top to a broad, angled shoulder and then tapers again towards its base. Fine horizontal ribs run all the way round the glass, giving it a soft texture whether the light is on or off. It is 27.4cm tall and 13cm across, compact enough for a smaller room but with real presence over a table. The light source is an integrated LED, so there is no bulb to buy or fit: it gives 1050 lumens of warm 2700K light through the white glass, with a CRI of 80.

We see the Olivia over a dining table, where one pendant gives a warm pool of light and a few in a row suit a longer table. In a living room it works over a side table or in a corner, bringing the light down closer to where you sit. It hangs on a drop of up to 200cm. It is rated IP20, so it is for dry rooms indoors only. It comes in two versions: with canopy, ready to hang on its own from a canopy 6cm across, or without canopy, for multi-pendant canopies (sold separately), which group several pendants on one ceiling fitting.

The shade is white glass with a white finish, ribbed all round so it looks the same from every side of the table. It runs on 230V mains and is wired in to the mains by a qualified electrician. Because the LED is integrated, the light it gives is fixed at 2700K, so every Olivia in a row matches in tone. Before it goes up, decide which version suits your ceiling, then measure from the ceiling to your table top so you know the drop you want, up to 200cm, and the shade hangs at a comfortable height above the table.
