Description
A set of four glass Christmas baubles, each 7.5cm tall and 7cm across, and no two the same colour: one deep plum, one dark teal, one copper and one olive green. The colour is mottled and broken up across each sphere, heavier in patches and thin enough elsewhere to show the glass beneath, so the surface reads as weathered rather than even. Each bauble is capped with a small bronze collar and a hanging ring, and hangs from a sari tie.
At 7.5cm these are mid sized baubles. Four of them will carry a small tree, or fill in around larger decorations on a full sized one, and the ties are long enough to loop straight over a branch without a hook. The mottling shows most on the copper and the olive. The four colours are all deep rather than bright, and against green needles they sit into the tree rather than standing out from it.
The baubles are recycled glass. Waste glass is collected, crushed and melted down before it is blown or pressed into a mould. The colour is laid on unevenly and every sari tie is cut from a different length of fabric, so no two sets are alike. The Oko range runs to a smaller size of this set, to giant baubles in single colours, to mini baubles in sets of twelve and to a bauble garland.

Frequently Asked
How many baubles come in a set?
Four, one in each of the four colours.
What colours are in the set?
Deep plum, dark teal, copper and olive green.
How do they hang?
Each one has a bronze collar and ring at the top and comes with a sari tie, long enough to loop over a branch without a hook.
Is the glass recycled?
Yes. Waste glass is collected, crushed and melted down before it is blown.
Will every set look the same?
Not exactly. Every sari tie is one of a kind and the colour breaks up differently on each bauble, so no two are alike.
Is there another size?
Yes. The same set also comes in a smaller size.
