Description

The Oculus Droplet is a 90 x 45cm frameless wall mirror cut into an elongated teardrop profile from a single sheet of 2cm-thick clear glass. The rounded top tapers to a narrower base, creating a vertical line that draws the eye upward and suits narrow wall spaces, hallway niches and areas where a rectangular mirror would feel too boxy.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways, dressing rooms and bathrooms, the Droplet works mounted individually above a console table or bench, or hung in pairs flanking a feature wall. The 90cm height provides a near-full-length reflection when positioned at standing eye level, while the 45cm width keeps the footprint compact enough for tight spaces. Wall fixings attach to the reverse of the glass and the frameless construction means the mirror sits flush against the wall without visible hardware or border.

The clear glass gives an undistorted reflection with a slight green tint visible at the cut edges, characteristic of standard float glass. The teardrop shape softens the geometry of rectangular rooms and adds a sculptural element without the visual weight of a framed mirror. At 6kg the mirror requires secure wall fixings into masonry or studs rather than plasterboard alone.
