Description

The Ocellis is a dual-loop LED pendant light built from brushed aluminium in a rose gold finish, with an opal silicone diffuser wrapped around the inner loop. The integrated 22W LED runs at 3000K warm white and sits within the silicone, turning the diffuser itself into the light source. The two loops are suspended from a rose gold ceiling plate on a single cable with an adjustable drop between 55cm and 130cm.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands, and hallway positions where a vertical pendant adds visual interest without blocking sightlines, the Ocellis works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.3m upwards. The 21cm width and 40cm overall height of the loop assembly give presence without dominating the space, and the slim 12cm depth allows the pendant to be positioned close to walls or in narrower passages. The rose gold finish works with warm-toned interiors, brass fixtures, and grey or cream palettes.

The aluminium frame weighs just 0.78kg, so the pendant can be fitted to standard UK ceiling roses without needing additional support. The opal silicone diffuser softens the LED output into ambient rather than directional light, making the Ocellis better suited to general mood lighting than task lighting. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor rooms — the fitting is not suitable for bathrooms, outdoor canopies, or any damp-rated environment.

The integrated 22W LED is rated for 100-240V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model. Contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm compatibility.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 55cm plus the 40cm pendant height means a ceiling height of at least 2.3m is recommended. For dining table or kitchen island positions, the pendant typically hangs 70-80cm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards. The maximum drop of 130cm suits higher ceilings or stairwell positions.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is suitable for dry indoor rooms only. It cannot be used in bathrooms, outdoor canopies, or any environment exposed to moisture.

How is the rose gold finish maintained?

The brushed aluminium can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water and dry immediately. Avoid household sprays or polishes, which can damage the brushed finish.
