Description

This is a small footed bowl in stoneware, 9cm across and 6.5cm tall, with a softly scalloped rim and a flared foot that lifts it above the table. It is blue inside and out, and the outside carries vertical stripes painted by hand, running from the rim down towards the foot, and no two are quite alike in width or spacing. It holds 170ml, which makes it a bowl for dips, sauces and small treats rather than for cereal or soup, and at 0.18KG it is light in the hand.
