Description

The Nexo is a 123cm linear pendant light built from polished gold-finished stainless steel formed into a continuous wave that runs the length of the fitting. An opal silicone diffuser sits within the wave frame, housing an integrated 75W LED running at 3000K colour temperature. The wave design creates three interlinked ribbon loops that cast ambient light downwards and to the sides.

Designed for positioning over dining tables and kitchen islands in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.7m and 3.5m, the Nexo pendant drops between 45cm minimum and 130cm maximum on adjustable cables. The typical installation height places the lowest point of the wave 700-900mm above the table surface, allowing the light to spread across a 2-2.5m table length without creating glare for seated diners. The fitting requires a ceiling fixing point capable of supporting 4.15kg and uses gravity toggles for mounting into plasterboard or masonry.

The integrated LED driver supports TRIAC dimming and 0-10V control systems, giving compatibility with most UK-standard dimmer switches and smart lighting controls. The polished gold finish provides high reflectivity under daylight and creates warm metallic accents when lit at night. The opal diffuser prevents visible LED hotspots and softens the light output to a consistent ribbon of illumination along the entire 123cm length. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor spaces only.

Yes. The integrated LED driver supports both TRIAC dimming and 0-10V control systems, making it compatible with most standard UK dimmer switches and smart lighting controls. Check dimmer compatibility before installation to ensure smooth operation across the full brightness range.

What table length does it suit?

The 123cm length works best over dining tables between 180cm and 250cm long. The light spreads both downwards and to the sides through the wave frame, providing coverage across the table width without needing multiple fittings.

What ceiling height is required?

The suspension cables adjust from 45cm minimum to 130cm maximum drop. For a typical dining table installation where the light sits 700-900mm above the surface, ceiling heights between 2.7m and 3.5m work comfortably. Lower ceilings require shortening the cables during installation.

Can it be installed in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating restricts the Nexo to dry indoor spaces only. It cannot be used in bathrooms, kitchens with direct steam exposure, or any location where moisture is present.
