Description

The Nexo is a 3-ring LED pendant built from polished stainless steel in a bright gold finish, with three interlocking ovals suspended vertically on an adjustable cable. Each ring frames an integrated LED strip lined with an opal silicone diffuser, producing 3360 lumens of warm 3000K light. The rings cascade in a sculptural form approximately 56cm tall and 24cm wide at maximum extent, creating both ambient light and a focal decorative element.

Designed for dining tables, open-plan kitchen islands, and double-height entrance halls, the Nexo works where a single pendant needs to fill vertical space without overwhelming the horizontal. The 180cm maximum drop allows the pendant to be shortened for 2.4-2.7m ceilings or extended for taller rooms. The dimmable LED integrates with most standard trailing-edge dimmers, allowing the output to be adjusted from full 3360 lumens down to a low ambient glow for evening use.

The polished gold finish on the stainless steel rings catches and reflects surrounding light, creating different tonal shifts depending on time of day and adjacent interior colours. The opal diffuser prevents direct LED glare and spreads light evenly across the rings' circumference. At 1.8kg the pendant has enough mass to hang straight without swaying under airflow, yet remains light enough for standard ceiling fixings. The Class 1 electrical rating requires an earth connection during installation.

Is the Nexo dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 39W LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. Most modern LED-compatible dimmers will work, but check the dimmer's specification confirms it supports LED loads before installation.

What ceiling height is needed?

The pendant has a minimum drop of 70cm and a maximum of 180cm, adjustable on installation. For standard 2.4-2.7m ceilings the pendant works well shortened to around 70-90cm total drop. For taller rooms or over a dining table the full 180cm drop allows the rings to sit 700-800mm above the table surface.

Does it need an earth connection?

Yes. The Nexo is Class 1 rated and requires an earth wire connection during installation. A qualified electrician should handle the fitting.

How is the polished gold finish maintained?

Wipe the stainless steel rings with a soft dry cloth to remove dust. For fingerprints or smudges, a slightly damp microfibre cloth followed by a dry buff is sufficient. Avoid abrasive cleaners or polishes that can scratch the polished surface.
