Description

Neah is a long cotton rug printed with a parade of animals, led by an elephant carrying a sign that reads 'Follow me'. Behind it come a lion, a striped zebra and a long-necked giraffe, with a parrot perched on its back and a small bird flying overhead. The lion holds the elephant's tail and the zebra holds the lion's, while the giraffe's neck arches over the zebra, so the rug reads as one procession from end to end. It is 200cm long and 50cm wide, a runner shape, woven from 97% cotton with 3% other fibre.

That long, narrow shape suits places a square rug will not fit: beside a child's bed, so the first step of the morning lands on cotton, along the side of a cot or play table, or in front of a low desk in a nursery or children's room.
