Description
The Narisa is a 47cm diameter pendant light built from five clustered spherical elements arranged around a central core, each housing a G9 bulb behind an acrylic diffuser. The entire fitting is finished in matte white, and the overlapping spheres create an organic, pebble-like form that casts soft, diffused light in multiple directions rather than a single downward beam.
Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights between 2.5m and 3.2m, the Narisa hangs from three steel cables adjustable between 45cm and 135cm drop. The five G9 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the acrylic diffusers, so the light passes through the translucent plastic before leaving the fitting. This diffusion removes hard shadows and gives a softer ambient quality compared to exposed-bulb pendants. The 47cm width suits tables or islands between 1.2m and 1.8m long.
The matte white finish absorbs rather than reflects surrounding light, which prevents the pendant from becoming overly bright or reflective in daylight. The clustered sphere design gives the fitting visual weight without mass — it appears substantial from a distance but remains under 4kg in total weight. The G9 lampholder accepts both halogen and LED capsule bulbs, with LED versions typically drawing 3-5W per bulb for equivalent light output to the 10W halogen rating listed in the specification. The IP20 rating limits the Narisa to dry indoor spaces only.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Narisa take?
The pendant uses five G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. The specification lists 5x10W halogen, but most users now fit LED G9 bulbs rated at 3-5W each for lower energy consumption and longer lifespan. Warm white (2700K-3000K) suits the diffused ambient light this fitting produces.
Is the drop height adjustable?
Yes. The three steel suspension cables can be set anywhere between 45cm and 135cm drop during installation. For a dining table the pendant typically hangs 700-800mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above.
Can the Narisa be dimmed?
Dimming depends on the bulbs fitted and the dimmer used. Halogen G9 bulbs are generally dimmable with standard trailing-edge dimmers. LED G9 bulbs vary — check the bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before pairing with a dimmer switch.
How is the matte white finish cleaned?
Wipe the acrylic diffusers and matte white metal frame with a dry or barely-damp microfibre cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents or household sprays, as these can dull the matte finish or cloud the acrylic over time.
